How Trade Works
Create Trade Listing
Upload photos and details of your luxury item. Add the buyer's email address to invite them to the trade. Set your asking price for the transaction.
Buyer Accepts & Pays
The buyer reviews your item and completes the payment. Funds are securely held by Lusso Rinnato until authentication is complete and the item is delivered.
Ship to Lusso Rinnato
You'll receive a prepaid shipping label to send your item to our authentication center. Package it securely and drop it off at your nearest courier location.
Expert Authentication
Our team of specialists verifies the authenticity and condition of your item. This process typically takes 4-5 business days. Both parties are notified of the results.
Delivery & Payment Release
Once approved, we ship the item to the buyer with full insurance. Upon delivery, the payment is released to you. In cases where items fail authentication, the buyer is fully refunded and the item will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
