Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking information
- Processing may take longer during peak seasons or authentication backlogs
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
2. Shipping Methods and Times
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days - $25 (FREE on orders over $500)
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - $45
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days - $85
International Shipping
- Canada: 5-7 business days - $50
- Europe: 7-10 business days - $75
- Asia/Pacific: 10-14 business days - $95
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days - $95
* Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.
3. Shipping Insurance and Security
- All shipments are fully insured for their declared value at no additional cost
- Signature is required for all deliveries over $500
- Items are packaged securely with branded materials; your Authentication & Quality Control Report is available to download in your account
- Tracking information is provided for all shipments
4. International Orders - Customs and Duties
- Buyer Responsibility: All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility
- These fees vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities
- Refusal to pay customs fees may result in return to sender (buyer responsible for all shipping costs)
- We are not responsible for customs delays or fees
- Items are declared at full purchase value as required by law
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarders
- Some countries may have restrictions on luxury goods imports
- We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain addresses or countries
- Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your shipment appears lost, contact us within 14 days of expected delivery
- We will file an insurance claim with the carrier on your behalf
- Claims are processed within 10-30 business days depending on carrier
- For damaged shipments, refuse delivery or document damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours
- Do not discard packaging materials until claim is resolved
Returns Policy
1. Return Window
- Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery date
- Return request must be initiated within this timeframe
- Returns received after 7 days will not be accepted
- Holiday orders may have extended return windows (announced separately)
2. Return Eligibility
Items Eligible for Return:
- Item not as described in listing
- Item received damaged (must be documented)
- Authenticity concerns (subject to re-authentication)
- Wrong item received
Non-Returnable Items:
- Change-of-mind or buyer's remorse returns are not accepted. Because every Product is a one-of-a-kind, individually authenticated item, all sales are final except for the eligible reasons listed above (not as described, damaged, authenticity concern, or wrong item)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" in listing
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered
- Items with removed tags or packaging (where applicable)
- Items showing signs of wear beyond initial inspection
- Custom or personalized items
3. Return Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in the exact condition received:
- Unworn and unused (try-on at home is permitted)
- All original packaging, dust bags, boxes, and authentication materials included
- No new damage, stains, odors, or alterations
- Items will be inspected upon return; non-compliant returns will be refused
4. Return Process
- Initiate Return: The recommended way is the “Report a Problem” button on your order page, which submits your order number and reason automatically. If you email returns@lussorinnato.com instead, you must include the order number and the reason for the return — emails without a reason may be ignored by our system
- Approval: We'll review and approve eligible returns within 2 business days
- Return Label: You'll receive a prepaid return label (see shipping costs below)
- Ship Item: Pack securely and ship within 3 days of receiving label
- Inspection: We inspect returned items within 7 business days of receipt
- Refund: Approved refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Our Error (Wrong/Damaged/Not as Described): FREE return shipping via prepaid label
- Refused Delivery: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
6. Refund Method
- Refunds issued to original payment method only
- Approved refunds are issued within 30 days of our receiving the returned item
- Once issued, bank processing may add additional time before funds appear in your account
- Store credit not available at this time
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Because every Product is a unique, one-of-a-kind item, we cannot swap it for a different piece. A Product may only be returned for one of the eligible reasons listed above (not as described, damaged, authenticity concern, or wrong item); if you would like a different item, place a new order for it.
8. Refused Returns
Returns may be refused if:
- Item shows signs of wear beyond try-on
- Original packaging or authentication materials missing
- Item damaged after delivery
- Return received outside 7-day window
- Item listed as "Final Sale"
Refused returns will be shipped back to buyer at buyer's expense.
