Authenticity Guarantee

Every item is reviewed in person by our in-house inspection team before it ships. If a Product turns out not to be authentic, you get a full refund of the price you paid. Prepaid return label included.

As Described Protection

If the item does not match the condition, colour or specifications stated in the listing, we refund the full Product price. Return shipping is on us.

Fully Insured Shipping

All shipments are insured for their full declared value against loss, damage and theft in transit. Signature is required on every delivery.

Secure Payment via Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe with bank-level encryption. Funds are held in escrow and released only after the acceptance window closes.

How to Open a Case

Open a Case Within 7 Days

Go to the order in your profile and use the “Report a Problem” button. Choose the category that matches your issue, describe what happened, and submit. This routes straight to our support team with your order details and reason attached, so nothing gets lost. Open your case within seven days of delivery.

If you email contact@lussorinnato.com instead, you must state the reason for the return in your message. Emails that do not include a reason may be ignored by our system.

Message Our Team in Your Case

Submitting opens a support case, and the button on your order becomes “View Case” — a live conversation with our support team. Add photographs and any details there and answer our follow-up questions. We review every case within 2 business days and keep you updated as its status moves from Open to Reviewing.

Return the Item if Approved

If your case is approved and the Product needs to come back, we provide a prepaid return label through your case. Repack the Product in its original packaging and ship it back using that label. Return shipping is on us for protected cases.

Resolution & Refund

When a Product is returned for an authenticity concern, our in-house experts carry out a second physical authentication before any decision is made. Once our review confirms the case, support marks it Resolved with a note you can read in the thread. For approved cases we refund the Product price to your original payment method within 30 days of the returned Product reaching our hub, as our internal investigation may still be ongoing during that period. The case is then closed.

Common Questions

How long do I have to report an issue?

Seven days from the delivery date. We recommend inspecting the Product the day it arrives.

What if I simply changed my mind?

Because every Product is a one-of-a-kind, individually authenticated item, all sales are final and we do not accept change-of-mind or buyer's remorse returns. Buyer Protection covers you only when a Product is not authentic, not as described, arrives damaged, or is the wrong item. Please review the listing photos and details carefully before you buy.

How quickly do refunds arrive?

We issue the refund within 30 days after the Product arrives back at our hub and passes our inspection, as our internal investigation may still be ongoing during that period. Once issued, your bank may take additional time to post the funds.
