Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: May 18, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every User of the Lusso Rinnato platform. It is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service; breach of this Policy is a material breach of the Terms.

1. Prohibited Products

  • Counterfeit, replica, factory-second, unauthorised or otherwise non-authentic items.
  • Stolen, embezzled, or fraudulently obtained items.
  • Items subject to outstanding liens or claims.
  • Items that may not be lawfully sold or shipped to the Buyer’s jurisdiction (including restricted exotic materials such as ivory or protected species without proper permits).
  • Items recalled by the manufacturer for safety reasons.
  • Items containing illegal substances or hazardous materials.

2. Prohibited Conduct

  • Posting false, misleading, deceptive or incomplete listings, photographs or condition reports.
  • Manipulating authentication, ratings, reviews or payouts.
  • Attempting to circumvent the platform’s payment, escrow or dispute system.
  • Soliciting Buyers or Sellers to transact off-platform.
  • Filing chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
  • Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any unlawful purpose.
  • Sharing account credentials or operating multiple accounts to evade enforcement.
  • Harassing, threatening or impersonating other Users or our staff.

3. Technical Conduct

  • No automated scraping, crawling or harvesting of platform content without our express written consent.
  • No interference with the operation of the platform, including denial-of-service or malware uploads.
  • No reverse engineering, decompiling, or copying of the platform’s code, design or business processes.
  • No bypassing of access controls, rate limits or authentication mechanisms.

4. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion, remove listings, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold payouts, recover refunds from future payouts, and report violations to brand-protection programmes, payment networks, regulators or law enforcement.
